OpenSCALING Workshop #1 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (June, 2024)

Organized by LiU we enjoyed the comfort of a conference hotel to come together on June 22/23 in person with 23 representatives and participants joining via web access.

A strong emphasize had been on the eight different demonstrators presented by the task leaders. These gave an in-depth insight into the specific challenges regarding scalability in the different flavours and their requirements regarding the key innovations to be developed in the technological work packages.

OpenSCALING Kick-off Workshop in Renningen, Germany (Nov. 2023)

On Nov. 22/23, 2023 the OpenSCALING got started at the Kick-off Workshop at the Robert Bosch Campus in Renningen, Germany.

The international consortium gathered with 28 representatives meeting in person and many more joining the web meeting. The project goals were revisited and inspiring key note speeches from the work package leaders gave an outlook to the challenges and innovative ideas to tackle these.

The workshop took place on 25th and 26th March 2025 at the Swedish Air Force Museum in Linköping organised by SAAB and Linköping University and brought together all work package leads, developers and domain experts. Each work package leader along with respective participants presented status updates on various work packages (WP1-WP5), covering topics such as data formats and requirements deliverables. The main goals were to review the status of each work package, agree on deliverables for the upcoming milestone.
